This paper presents the construction of the 2019 Interregional Input-Output Table for Brazil, updating the 2011 version previously published in the Revista Brasileira de Estudos Regionais e Urbanos (Brazilian Review of Regional and Urban Studies). The new database incorporates methodological improvements and expands the underlying database, capturing structural changes across state economies and their interconnections. The estimation is based on the Interregional Input-Output Adjustment System, which combines official data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics with non-survey techniques. This approach estimates interregional trade flows and intersectoral linkages, ensuring consistency with the national input-output framework. The table covers 128 products, 68 sectors, and all 27 federative units, and it also includes socio environmental accounts (employment, CO2 emissions, energy consumption, and water use). The resulting database provides a robust empirical structure for regional analysis and policy simulation, contributing to advances in Regional Science in Brazil.
